A: Absolutely! I’m happy to elaborate on my journey at Marsh Finance. I joined the company in February 2006 as a Sales Support, and aside from a short period in 2008, I’ve been a part of this fantastic team ever since. Throughout the years, I’ve had the opportunity to learn and grow in different areas of the business. This has enabled me to climb up the ladder and reach my current role as a Payout Supervisor. I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that I’ve been able to implement in my current position and share with my team. The continuous learning and growth opportunities at Marsh have been invaluable, and I’m excited to see where my career with this company takes me next.

That’s great to hear. Can you tell us about the differences between your first job role and your current position?

A: Certainly! As a Payout Supervisor at Marsh Finance, my role comes with a lot of responsibility. Still, it also provides me with many opportunities to use my extensive knowledge and experience to guide my team towards success. When I first started at Marsh as a Sales Support, my primary tasks were administrative in nature. Still, as I gained more knowledge and experience, I was able to advance my career to a more managerial role. Now, I have the opportunity to lead and support my team while still being able to implement my expertise into the daily tasks at hand. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the impact of my contributions and watch my team grow and develop under my guidance.

What do you like about working at Marsh Finance?

A: Working at Marsh Finance is a wonderful experience, and one of the things I love most about this company is the strong sense of belonging and camaraderie among the team members. I’ve also developed a keen eye for adapting to changes in processes to ensure we’re following all relevant guidelines and regulations, such as FCA and TCF. This skill has enabled me to keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, which is crucial for delivering high-quality services to our customers.

Overall, working at Marsh has been a continuous learning experience for me, and I’m always grateful for that.
