Sales Support Advisor 

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient car finance application processing, supporting both our Sales Team and valued partners.

What You'll Be Doing

  • 🔎 Application Review & Management: Assess finance applications with precision, identifying discrepancies and missing details.
  • 📞 Issue Resolution: Quickly resolve application discrepancies by working with our Sales Team, dealerships, customers, and brokers.
  • 🤝 Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to streamline processes and enhance partner satisfaction.
  • 🚀 Process Facilitation: Keep applications moving efficiently through the sales funnel to finalise finance agreements swiftly.
  • 🎯 Target Achievement: Work towards key targets, helping us convert more deals and maintain our industry-leading standards.

What We're Looking For

✔ Strong attention to detail – you love getting things right the first time.
✔ Excellent communication skills – you can liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
✔ A problem-solver – you don’t shy away from a challenge and work proactively to find solutions.
✔ Sales or financial services experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates with transferable skills!
