Regional Sales Manager
As Marsh Finance accelerates its strategic growth plans for 2026 and beyond, we're expanding our dealership network and strengthening our presence in the near-prime motor finance space. We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager to champion dealer acquisition, nurture high-value partnerships, and elevate our regional footprint.
This is a high-impact, business development–focused role, supported by internal account management teams, allowing you to do what you do best: build, influence, and grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive Dealership Growth & Acquisition
- Proactively develop new dealer relationships across your region
- Identify and target near-prime opportunity hotspots
- Negotiate competitive finance solutions and close high-potential deals
Own In-Life Dealer Relationship Management
- Build long-lasting relationships with dealerships
- Deliver ongoing support, performance reviews, and commercial insight
- Maximise dealer engagement and align solutions to their needs
Collaborate & Influence Internally
- Partner with cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding
- Share market intelligence, performance insights, and dealer feedback
- Contribute to continuous improvement and enhanced dealer journeys
Leverage Data & Market Insight
- Interpret performance trends and competitor activity
- Strategically prioritise your region for maximum return
- Make informed recommendations that support business growth
What We're Looking For
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers
- A proven track record in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and convert high-potential prospects
- Confident communication and presentation capabilities
- High levels of self-motivation, excellent time management, and the ability to work autonomously in a field-based role
- Motor finance or automotive industry experience
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (TCF, Consumer Credit Act, AML)
- CRM proficiency and experience managing pipelines effectively
