Legal and Recoveries Associate
We're hunting for a Legal & Recoveries Associate who is keen to make a real difference and grow with us. We're looking for a talented individual who is driven by delivering the right outcomes for us and our customers. As a Legal & Recoveries Associate, your primary focus will be working closely with customers who have defaulted on their motor finance agreement to reach appropriate debt-recovery solutions that balance each customer’s unique circumstances and commercial considerations, in line with company policy.

What You'll Be Doing
- 💜 Deliver the right outcomes for Marsh Finance and its customers.
- 🔎 Work closely with customers who have defaulted on their car finance agreement to reach appropriate debt-recovery solutions that balance each customer’s unique circumstances and commercial considerations, in line with company policy. Where this is not possible you will be responsible for assessing whether further action such as asset recovery or civil litigation is appropriate, and working with external agents to deliver this.
